Professional counselling in a safe, non-judgmental space for adults 18+ seeking personal growth and healing.
Make ContactI am a person-centred counsellor, rooted in the humanistic approach. This means I believe you are the expert on your own life and have the inner resources needed for positive change.
My role is to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, enhance self-awareness, and develop the skills and tools you need to thrive.
I am a qualified counsellor registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). BACP is an accredited registered member of the Professional Standards Authority, ensuring you receive professional, ethical care.
Alongside my private practice, I work for a community-based counselling service, which has helped me build experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues and from diverse backgrounds, as they move through their own process of healing and growth.
Mental health and wellbeing is a crucial part of overall health, and therapy can be a powerful tool to enhance this. I believe that in a safe environment and with the right conditions, you can facilitate your own growth and change - choosing to grow your own way and at your own pace.
I work with your goals and needs as the focus, helping you find your own solutions and best way forward in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
In counselling, we often reflect on where we’ve come from, what has shaped us, and how we choose to grow moving forward. Your past is an important part of who you are — and so is the direction you’re heading in.
I have worked with a wide range of issues and can offer support for:
Anxiety, depression, stress, being overwhelmed, anger and burnout.
Self-confidence, self-esteem, loss of direction and loneliness/isolation.
Attachment, relationship issues and difficulties, passive aggressive behaviour and loss of relationship.
Family issues and child related issues.
Bereavement, life changes and loss of identity.
Careers/jobs and work related stress.
Everyone’s experience is unique—if what you’re going through isn’t listed above, please still reach out.
6-8 sessions for focused work on specific issues.
Ongoing support for deeper exploration and lasting change.

When you reach out, we’ll start with a free 20-minute call to talk about what is going on for you and what you hope to gain from counselling. If you feel comfortable to move forward, we’ll then arrange a paid assessment to decide together if I’m the right counsellor for you.
